Business digitalization and process automation

We study how your business works, find the processes that slow your day down, and automate them with an app, a dashboard or a connection between your tools. We always start with what saves the most hours.

What does it mean to digitalize a business?

Digitalizing a business means moving the processes that depend on paper, spreadsheets, email or WhatsApp into systems that run them faster, with fewer mistakes and without depending on one person.

It is not about buying more software. It is deciding which process to change, measuring what it costs today, and building only what it takes for it to run by itself.

Signs

Six signs your business needs to digitalize

  1. You type the same data several times

From email to a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet to the invoice, from the invoice to the accountant.

  2. Everything goes through one person

When that person is out, the process stops.

  3. Quotes take days

And by then the client has asked a competitor.

  1. WhatsApp is your order system

Messages get lost and nobody knows what is pending.

  2. You only know your numbers at month end

Every report takes hours to put together.

  3. You pay for tools that don't talk to each other

Each one holds part of the information.

How we work

How to digitalize your business in 4 steps

  1. Free diagnosis

A call with the people who do the work every day. We look at how it is done today, not how it should be.

  2. A written process map

Every process, the hours it takes and what can be automated, ranked by impact.

  3. A fixed proposal

Fixed scope, timeline and price. We start with one process, the one that gives back the most time.

  4. We build, train and measure

We put it live with your team and measure the hours recovered against where you started.

What the diagnosis gives you

Even if you don't hire us

  • A list of your processes and the hours each one takes
  • What can be automated, and with which tool
  • What we would do first, and why
  • Whether your project fits a grant that is open in Spain
Price

Per process, fixed in writing

Every automated process has a fixed price before we start. The diagnosis is free and comes with no strings.

Frequent questions

Business digitalization: common questions

Where do I start digitalizing my business?

With the process that takes the most hours every week, not with buying software. For one week, note which tasks repeat, how long they take and who does them: whatever takes the most time and needs the least judgement is the first thing worth automating. That is what we do in the free diagnosis.

Which processes can a small business automate?

The ones that repeat and always follow the same steps: taking orders that arrive by WhatsApp or phone, handling bookings and reminders, reading and sorting invoices and expenses, preparing quotes, answering the same questions and putting together weekly reports. Anything that needs judgement stays with a person.

How much does it cost to digitalize a small business?

It depends on how many processes and how complex they are. We work per process, with a price fixed in writing before we start, and the diagnosis is free.

How long does it take?

A simple process can be running within a few weeks. The exact timeline is in the proposal, next to the scope and the price.

Are there grants for digitalizing a business in Spain?

As of 3 November 2026, Red.es has no open Kit Digital call. In the diagnosis we check whether your project fits a grant that is open.

Will my team have to learn new software?

As little as possible. We build on what you already use and train the team on what changes.

Do you use AI?

When it really saves work: reading invoices, sorting messages or answering repeated questions. Never for its own sake.

Do you work outside Málaga?

Yes. We are based in Málaga and like to meet in person when a project calls for it, but the whole process can run remotely, in English or Spanish.

Which process takes most of your time?

Tell us and within one working day we tell you what we would do. Free and with no strings.
