Custom software, AI apps and AI automations

We build webapps, AI apps and AI automations for companies that want to stop doing by hand what can already run itself. Two founders in Málaga, Spain, working on your project directly, with a fixed written quote and a bill well below a traditional software company's.

What we build

We start with the part that costs you hours every week, not the part that looks good in a deck.

AI automations

The work a person does today by copying data between tools: reading and sorting email, pulling the fields out of an invoice, answering messages, moving records between your CRM, your spreadsheet and your site. Built with the AI inside the process, not bolted beside it.

AI applications

Products where the AI is the product: content generation, agents that carry out tasks, assistants over your own documents, systems that decide and then act. Quetzal is exactly that, and we built it.

Custom webapps

Dashboards, client portals, internal tools, and everything your business currently runs out of a shared spreadsheet. With users, permissions, per-client data separation and an interface you can demo without apologising.

Integrations and APIs

Connecting what you already use: payment providers, invoicing, third-party APIs, social platforms. If it has an API, it connects; if it does not, we find the honest way around it.

What we have built

Quetzal, the product on this very domain

A platform that writes content with AI, generates the video, schedules it and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube, then learns from how each post performs. With a client dashboard, billing, per-team permissions and a bilingual marketing site. It is in production and you can try it right now: that is the portfolio.

We have more client projects under way. They have not launched yet, so we do not show them until their owners do.

How we work

01

We talk

Half an hour on a call, or an email. You describe the problem; if we are not the best way to solve it, we say so there.

02

A fixed proposal

Scope, timeline and price in writing before a line of code is written. No open-ended hours, no surprises halfway through.

03

We build it

The two founders, in Málaga. You see real progress during the project, not a status report.

04

It stays running

Delivered in production and explained. The code is yours. If you want us to keep maintaining it, that is agreed separately.

Tell us what you want to automate

The first conversation is free, and it ends in either a fixed proposal or a “you do not need this”. We usually answer the same day.

Frequent questions

What does custom software cost?

It depends on the scope, which is why you will not find an invented price here. What we do guarantee is how it is decided: a free first conversation, then a proposal with scope, timeline and price fixed in writing. You are hiring the two founders directly, with no consultancy structure sitting on top of the budget, so the same work usually lands well below what a traditional software company charges. Write to hello@quetzaltech.es and we will put a number on your case.

What can you show that you have built?

Quetzal, the product on this domain: a platform that generates content with AI, schedules it and publishes to six social platforms, with generated and rendered video, multiple client workspaces, a dashboard, billing and a bilingual site. It is in production and you can try it. We have other client projects under way that have not launched, so we do not show them until their owners publish.

Why are you cheaper than a software company?

Because there are no layers. You are not paying for project managers, salespeople or an office: you talk to the person writing the code. And because we use AI inside our own development process, which is the same work we do for clients.

Do you only work with companies in Málaga?

We are based in Málaga and we like meeting in person when a project calls for it. The work goes just as well remotely: we have clients outside the province and outside Spain, and we work in English and Spanish.

Who owns the code?

You do. It is delivered in your repository and your infrastructure. Nothing depends on a licence from us for your product to keep running.
