Does Quetzal publish to a Facebook Page or a personal profile?

To a Facebook Page. Quetzal publishes Page posts and Page stories; it does not post on personal profiles.

Can Quetzal post text-only updates to Facebook?

Yes. Facebook takes posts without media, so a conversational post can go out as text. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube do not, which is why the same idea may become an image there.

How long can a Facebook post from Quetzal be?

Up to 5,000 characters, cut on a whole word. That is a ceiling, not a target: most posts are much shorter.

How long can a video on Facebook be?

Up to 4 hours. A Facebook reel keeps its first frame as the cover, because Facebook's publishing API has no cover field.

How many Facebook stories does the autopilot post?

It aims for 2 a week on Starter, 14 on Growth and 21 on Pro and Ultra, on top of feed posts. Stories need an image or a video.

Can Quetzal tag other Pages in a post?

Only when you do. Facebook's rules say a mention has to be written by a person, so Quetzal never adds one; the tags you type in the composer are sent as real Page tags.

How does Quetzal connect to Facebook?

Quetzal publishes to Facebook through a publishing partner's connection to Facebook's official API. You connect your account once with Facebook's own login, and Quetzal never sees your password.

Does anything go out on Facebook without me seeing it?

Only if you choose so. In review mode every post waits in a queue until you approve it; on full autopilot posts publish under your guidelines; switched off, nothing publishes on its own.

How does Quetzal learn what works on my Facebook?

It reads each post's numbers 1, 6, 24 and 72 hours after it goes out, then once a day for 30 days. The planner uses those readings to decide what to post next.

What happens if I delete a post directly on Facebook?

Quetzal notices when the post is missing from two checks at least 12 hours apart, marks it as removed and stops counting it. Its history stays.
